Please send an email to support@basilicasoftware.com describing the nature of the problem along with your client number, your company name, your name, contact telephone number and product name.
Website
To report your problem directly via our website, please click the following link and enter the following information: nature of the problem, your client number, your company name, your name, contact telephone number and product name.

You can also send us a fax at (604) 507-8044. Please indicate the following information: nature of the problem, your client number, your company name, your name, contact telephone number and product name.

Latest software updates and patches will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.
 
   Support Policies
All terms and conditions for the use our products are covered under the Licence Agreement between Basilica Software Corporation and its clients. In addition, to obtain technical support and product updates, a separate annual maintenance service agreement will be necessary.
